Senior producer, Owen O’Brien, commented: “We want to change the way that players are able to move in first person. No more restrictions, no more being blocked by simple barriers such as walls and fences. We want to enable the player to move like a real person, with the ability to run, jump, vault and slide in a way that has never been seen before in a first person game."

DICE planning a "couple of surprises" for E3 2013 (0)
Battlefield 4 developer DICE is, obviously, busy working on Battlefield 4 and so it's little surprise that it will be in attendance next week at E3 in Los Angeles. However DICE has "a couple of surprises up our sleeve."

VP Karl-Magnus Troedsson in a 'Surprises from DICE at E3' video promises there'll be more than just Battlefield. DICE do have a Star Wars title in the works, but then there's also Mirror's Edge 2?

Mirror's Edge 2 domains updated, moved over to EA ser... (0)
While registered way back in 2008, the Mirror's Edge 2 domains have been updated as recently as May 2013 where they were transferred over to actual EA servers, leaving little doubt of its existence.

It's been spotted on Amazon Germany and Italy, as well as on EA Help Center. E3 is just around the bend, and so its super-duper likely we'll get some more free-running.

Mirror's Edge 2 listed on EA Help Center (0)
DICE's first-person parkour IP Mirror's Edge is getting ready to return it would appear. Just yesterday Amazon Italy also listed Mirror's Edge 2 before removing the product page, but that wasn't the biggest leak.

The huge basement flooder actually came from the EA Help Desk that suddenly featured Mirror's Edge 2. The chances of EA revealing something at E3 next month is increasingly likely.
