| Diablo III became the first PC game to lead US videogame sales since Starcraft II two years ago, but it wasn't enough to prevent sales from suffering a 28% drop from May 2011 to May 2012, according to the NPD Group. This has been a trend in dipping sales for the past few months, starting with February 2012's 20% drop from February 2011. |

| It seems the UK videogame market is not the only one experiences a depression in sales, as the NPD has announced that videogame sales in the US in February 2012, amounting to $1.06B, is down 20% in a year-to-year comparison with February 2011. Console sales are down 18% in year-to-year, while console game sales are down 23%. Videogame accessories are down 16%. |

| NBA 2K12 PS3 patch fixes boot freeze (0) |
| PlayStation 3 owners have been having freeze issues with NBA 2K12, where the game will freeze upon launch when the game would attempt to load saved settings. The only workaround was deleting game files, and it wasn't effective for all users. |
