The name 'Sunset Overdrive' has been trademarked by Ratchet & Clank developer Insomniac Games, with Brand Development Director Ryan Schneider having snapped up a domain address.

Insomniac Games has broken new ground with its first multiplatform game, Fuse, and CEO Ted Price has stated that the developer may be done with single player only games as well.

Electronic Arts has officially revealed details about Insomniac's first multiplatform game, Fuse, which is a four person co-op action shooter. The game is due to be released on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in March 2013.

The project once known as Overstike but is now known as Fuse has been given a 'mission briefing' teaser by Ratchet & Clank developer Insomniac Games. The trailer is very much a sneak peak.
During E3 back in June, EA Labels president Frank Gibeau said it wasn't showcased because Insomniac needed "some extra time to nail the gameplay" and quality of the new shooter IP.
