Rayman Origins Demo lands for Xbox 360 and PS3 on 9th November
Ubisoft has announced that a demo for Rayman Origins will be released on the Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network on 9th November, 2011.
The demo content will include 3 maps from the Jungle, Food and Ocean worlds. By collecting 9 Electoons, demo players will unlock a new costume. The demo also features a custom map to navigate through the worlds.

Ubisoft announces 2D platforming action from Rayman Origins will be launching on Xbox 360 and PS3 this November 25th. It has become a full retail release.

Ubisoft has released their list of showcase games for PAX Prime, suggesting that it's their biggest lineup ever for PAX, and they're not kidding. The games they'll be bringing over are some of the hottest games from the company.

The engine tech powering Rayman Origins is to be made open source by Ubisoft for anyone to use, as the studio note it was in fact "built to be shared."

Ubisoft's Michel Ancel reveals that Rayman Origin's ended its bid for a digital only episodic release because of the "way that the Rayman franchise works."
