Earlier, a downloadable content pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 called Vengeance was tipped off by promotion material for a retail store. Now, Activision has officially confirmed the DLC, which will be heading to Xbox 360 on the 2nd July, and PC and PlayStation 3 later in the month.

It seems that DICE has abandoned the Battlefield: Bad Company series, as the studio is busy with three major projects including Battlefield 4 (and its downloadable content), Mirror's Edge 2 and Star Wars: Battlefront. Executive producer Patrick Bach claims, however, Bad Company has not been forgotten. It's just not being developed right now.

Transformers director Michael Bay is signing on with Ubisoft to develop an action movie based off Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon series, which is all about flashy advanced weapons tech that's "not sci-fi."
Ubisoft want it noted that their arsenal of weapons in Ghost Recon are all "very grounded." This is the third IP from Ubisoft to get the silver screen treatment after Splinter Cell and Assassin's Creed.

Developer Dennaton has tweeted a teasing picture of a menu title screen for a little game called 'Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number'. It was announced back in November a sequel was in the works.
