When the democratic government of Isla Trueno is overthrown, an aggressive and hostile military command rises to power. A highly trained special ops unit is sent in to help the rebels accomplish objectives that only a sniper can handle. In addition to intense sniper missions, players will also take part in a variety of assault scenarios where their prowess with weapons will be a huge help to the undermanned rebels.

| City Interactive has formally announced Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 to the world. The Polish developer will be showcasing the sequel at this year's E3 in California. It's an ambitious project as City licenses Crytek's CryENGINE 3 technology to develop the game, the same engine tech used in Crysis 2. It's due 2012 some time. |

| Sniper: Ghost Warrior will finally be making its debut on the PlayStation 3 this coming June 28. The game had already been released to good sales on the PC and Xbox 360 last June 2010. |
