Starhawk open beta gets 1.3 update
Sony has announced that the 1.3 update for the Starhawk open beta was released today. The patch for developer Lightbox's futuristic persistent online first person shooter adds a 32 player map and some new vehicles.

SCEA senior producer Harvard Bonin has announced that Starhawk finally has a release date, the 8th May. If that weren't enough, the first person shooter massively multiplayer title will be entering open beta today.

Information about the public beta for Starhawk from Warhawk developer Lightbox Interactive is coming very soon, but one thing we needn't ponder about is the existence of DLC.

Starhawk beta goes live on 22nd November

Sony has announced on the official PlayStation US Blog that the Starhawk beta will go live on the 22nd November, this coming Tuesday. Players who have opted-in will be receiving Private Beta keys soon. The beta will be "slow rolled"; in other words, users will be added on a staggered, regular rate to prevent server issues.
