E3 2012: Pine and Quinto reprise their roles for Star Trek videogame

Namco Bandai has announced that the roles of Captain James T. Kirk and Mr. Spock in their upcoming 2013 licensed game Star Trek will be voiced by their film actor counterparts Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto.

Paramount Pictures has announced that Namco Bandai will be co-publishing the Star Trek game based on the JJ Abrams film reboot. The game has also been delayed until 2013, but not because of any issues with development, but because the major motion picture release of Star Trek 2 has been pushed to next year. The game is intended as a cross-promotional tie-in to the film.

E3 2011: Digital Extremes' Star Trek tie-in gets first debut trailer

The Darkness 2 developer Digital Extremes has announced it's working on a Star Trek game due out next year, tied to the upcoming JJ Abram's feature film.

It's got an original storyline to follow and gives us an "unprecedented co-op experience" as Kirk and Spock are playable. A trailer has come out of E3 2011.

Paramount Digital Entertainment has announced that a new Star Trek game will be coming to PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 sometime in Summer 2012, and will take place after the events of the JJ Abrams film, and developed by Digital Extremes.
