According to Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD developer Robomodo, some of the levels from Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 will be released as post-launch DLC. The developer is polling users for which levels to include from THPS3, but Tony Hawk himself will get final say.

A three-minute gameplay clip has been aired of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD, showing off some of the levels that have been recreated in HD. Physics seem to be have been tweaked.
Sadly the entire clip is in German so unless you sprechen Deutsch you won't get much out of it. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD will be arriving on XBLA and PSN this July.

Tony Hawk himself has revealed that Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD will be getting a June release window, which he blabbed to the world through his twitter account. "...yeah I said it."
It's launching on XBLA and PSN with the original soundtrack intact along with new music. There are over 5 online modes and secret characters return. Activision hasn't issued a date yet.

Pro skater Tony Hawk himself and Robomodo's Josh Tsui 'pushed Activision repeatedly' to green light Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD, but only after providing them a sound, cost-effective plan.
The publisher was "mostly reluctant" over costs versus returns for the project, but Hawk knew once gamers "saw it in this light" they'd want the HD remake. They leveraged Neversoft's talents.
