| With the sale of the UFC license to EA, THQ had to pull the plug on development of a fourth UFC Undisputed game and close down THQ San Diego. $1.1m will be paid in severance. A further $1.3 million will be for charges associated with facilities and $0.5 million "related to long-lived assets." THQ revealed that UFC Undisputed 3 sold 1.4 million copies. |

| Wedbush analyst Michael Pachter is reporting that THQ management told him that the reason the publisher sold the license to Electronic Arts is that the latest title, UFC Undisputed 3, failed to break even, despite selling 2M units worldwide. |

| THQ owned the videogame rights to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) license, publishing the UFC Undisputed Games. Today, Electronic Arts announced during its E3 press conference that it has signed an agreement with Zuffa, LLC, to publish UFC games exclusively under the EA Sports label. |
