Another week means another shelf space update for the PlayStation Store. US PSN is now packing a digital Dragon Age: Origins and Warhammer 40k: Kill Team.

The EA Sports Season Ticket is now available, along with Toy Story 1 goodies for LittleBigPlanet 2. Arcade shooter Galaga Legions Dx gets a demo.

New studios from ashes of THQ UK, transition team remains

The consultancy period for THQ's UK developer has reached its end with 36 staff being made redundant immediately, while 10 remain for the 'transition period'.

Warhammer 40k Kill Team was the studio's last effort but it still needs to release on PSN. Three start-up companies emerge from the flaming wreckage.

Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team was just released today, and it seems that that'll be all THQ UK produces, as the Britain-based developer has been shut down by THQ, as 36 employees will be losing their job in the process.

THQ, after closing New York-based Kaos Games, have closed another developer, THQ Digital Warrington, which was formerly known as Juice Games. The developer had developed Red Faction: Battlegrounds and just finished with Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team - both are digitally distributed titles for Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network and PC.
