Game Description
From April 2007, you will have the chance to directly experience the highs and lows of the SBK World championship on PS2-PSP-PC-X360. All the official teams, 22 bikes and 22 riders on track at the same time each with individual characteristics will be fighting for pole position in 4 game modes: Quick Race, Race Weekend, Championship and Challenges.
While the Race Team mechanics and technicians are tweaking their bikes to extract the last drop of power ahead of this year's championship, in Milestone studios the engineers are optimizing the bikes physics, acceleration and speed in order to deliver the SBK bike experience to race fans everywhere. While at the same time adapting and tweaking the AI to ensure each rider behaves as aggressively, daringling or insanely in the game as their real world counterparts.
All elements of the SBK universe have been faithfully recreated: riders, tracks, atmosphere, TV style replays, and much much more... including all the most beautiful Superbike Umbrella girls! The entire world of the most spectacular bike races in your game pad from April this year.
We're already at the beginning of a fantastic new season, where the 5 official teams (Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha) are gearing up for a high octane race for the podium.
This 20th anniversary year for the SBK Championship is already looking like a classic, with Troy Bayliss and Ducati, the 2006 season champions having to defend their title from the assault of great opponents such as the young Fonsi Nieto with his Kawasaki, last years runner up James Toseland with his great Team Honda, the expert Troy Corser on Yamaha and most of all the new couple Max Biaggi and Suzuki Alstare, a roster that promise a thrilling 2007 season from the very beginning with the first race in Doha, Qatar, on feb 24.
