Need for Speed: Carbon is a fun game which has been fine tweaked over the years to perfection in a lot of fields including the graphics.

Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition (Xbox)
Overall, this game is just easily rated as awesome. It has the style, and the gameplay of a true great racing game.
