Assassin's Creed 3 leads UbiSoft into profitable 3Q 2012
UbiSoft has reported that the company enjoyed a profitable 3Q of 2012, chiefly due to the success of Assassin's Creed 3 and "back catalog" sales. The publisher enjoyed an increase of 23% in year-to-year over Q3 2011, going from 652M euro million to 802M euro.

UbiSoft has announced that the first episode of a three-part alternate history storyline The Tyranny of King Washington for Assassin's Creed 3 will be arriving on the 19th February. The DLC posits a "what if?" scenario in which George Washington went mad and made himself the King of the United States.

Ubisoft has announced that the Battle Hardened Pack will be released tomorrow for Assassin's Creed 3 for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The DLC, which will cost 800 Microsoft Points ($9.99 USD), features 3 new characters and 3 new multiplayer maps.
