Major Nelson has revealed the upcoming content and prices for games and downloadable content for the next two weeks ranging from today, the 27th December to the 9th January, 2012.

Harmonix is taking full advantage of its independent status, and is working on "multiple new music games" that "won't resemble" either Rock Band or Dance Central, according to Harmonix COO Florian Hunziker in an interview.

The Nielsen Report has released its "Top 20 Games to Watch" list, which analyzes what games are the most highly anticipated for the holiday season, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 tops the charts.
Dance Central 2 will import Dance Central 1 songs

Harmonix has announced that players will be able to port all of their Dance Central songs into Dance Central 2, for a minor 400 Microsoft Point fee, just as Rock Band did. Downloadable content will import for free.
Microsoft bringing Halo, Forza, Gears to Eurogamer Expo

Microsoft will be bringing out the heavy guns to the upcoming Eurogamer Expo, which opens on September 22 at Earl's Court. The exclusives they will be bringing to the convention include Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Edition, Gears of War 3, and Forza Motorsport 4, as well as Dance Central 2 and Kinect Sports: Season Two.
