Xbox Live's late October schedule, two XBLA titles out today
Major Nelson has posted the mid to late October calendar for the Xbox Live Marketplace, and today sees Dungeon Defenders and Bejeweled 3 on XBLA.
Next week War of the Worlds, Daytona USA and Zombie Apocalypse: Never Die Alone releases. From now until the 31st there are Shocktober Savings.

Sega has announced that the latest iteration of their classic arcade racer, Daytona USA, will be hitting Xbox Live Arcade on 26th October, and PlayStation Network on 25th October. The game will cost 800 Microsoft Points or $9.99 USD.

Sega is running a contest for gamers to guess what game they're going to reveal soon. It's not exactly the most difficult contest, since it plays the "Rolling Start!" theme from 1993's Daytona USA. That, and Sega registered the game for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in the Aussie ratings board.

Sega, it seems, is intent on exploiting its massive catalog of games, especially those released on the Dreamcast, as the Aussie classification board has rated a remake of Daytona USA with a "G" (general audience). Sega has already released Sega Rally, Crazy Taxi, Golden Axe and Streets of Rage recently.
