Capcom has announced the first downloadable content pack for their upcoming reboot DmC: Devil May Cry. The DLC tells the tale of Dante's twin brother Vergil, which will allow gamers to play him as an alternate character. It will also include new weapons, combos, enemies, and locations.

Director Hideaki Itsuno who has history with the Devil May Cry series, has explained that thanks to their open-world fantasy game Dragon's Dogma, fans needn't fear 30 frames per second.
Ninja Theory's DmC when it hits Xbox 360 and PS3 will be locked at 30 fps, but players will experience the "feel of 60 frames" because of techniques they picked up for Unreal Engine 3.

During a Comic-Con panel in New York, producer Alex Jones spilled that Ninja Theory's DmC: Devil May Cry will be treated to a pre-release demo - at least for Xbox 360 and PS3.
Also revealed is that original bad guy Mundus will be ruling the underworld once more. Jones also reaffirmed that Dante's brother Virgil "will not be" playable. It's out in January.

Capcom task Polish port and localization specialist studio QLOC with bringing Ninja Theory's DmC: Devil May Cry to the PC, with the plan to "get it out shortly after" the console release.
QLOC has worked on Capcom PC ports before; SSFIV Arcade Edition and Street Fighter x Tekken. Capcom US producer producer Alex Jones regards them as a "pretty tight outfit".
