To answer the questions above this is "Duke Nukem 3D", the old game that came out in the '90's. The new one is called "Duke Nukem Forever", which this is not. They've just made an XB360 version of the old, old classic.

At least It's not the old Duke Nukem platform game. I still have that one, and show it to my son in all its' sprite-based ugliness as a once "cutting edge" game. He just ROFL'es...am I that old?
