Rumour: Lionhead using Unreal Engine 4 for "one of its current projects"
The Internet spyglass of Superannuation has spotted an Audio Designer job vacancy at Fable's Lionhead Studios. It mentions under role purpose and key accountabilities that Unreal Engine 4 is involved.

Lionhead Studios has a new voice behind its roar, and that's Scott Henson who has 18 years with Microsoft. Henson has been named the new head of operations over at the Fable creator.
The news was given by Phil Harrison at a UK conference. Henson will be taking over from Mark Webley who stepped in to fill the void Peter Molyneux with his departure to form 22cans.

With Fable: The Journey complete, Lionhead Studios has trimmed some of their staff numbers. The studio affirm this is "common in the games industry," and shouldn't be taken as them being in trouble.
As Lionhead is now in the process of "beginning work on its next projects," the employee headcount will undoubtedly fluctuate. Reports indicate less than 10% of their payroll is affected.
