UK chart led by FIFA 13, top five titles enjoy encore
EA Sports' FIFA 13 has kept itself atop the UK all format chart for the sixth week, and its second time in 2013. The top five titles in fact haven't changed, leaving Far Cry 2 in second place.
Ubisoft's island shooter is followed by Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 in third, Hitman: Absolution fourth and Need for Speed: Most Wanted fifth. Just Dance 4 bopped it around Halo 4 taking sixth.

Far Cry 2's Clint Hocking joins Valve

Clint Hocking, a former creative lead on series Splinter Cell and Fry Cry 2, has joined up with team Valve for a position not yet announced. Hocking also stood as creative director at LucasArts.
He left his Skywalker employer last month but recently tweeted a pic of his son climbing the big valve-tap of a certain Half-Life developer. Whilst at LucasArts he never released any projects.

Far Cry 3 "ten times" the size of Far Cry 2

If you thought Far Cry 2's overland map was huge, look out - Ubisoft states that Far Cry 3 will be ten times larger. To give you an idea of how massive that will be, Far Cry 2 was twice as large as The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and half the size of World of Warcraft.

Creative director Clint Hocking of Ubisoft's Far Cry 2 and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory is less than impressed with Team Bondi and Rockstar Games' L.A. Noire.

Ubisoft has been super quiet when it comes to Far Cry 3, with news that it was put on the back burner in August 2008, but August 2010 brought it back?
Online CVs for devs at Ubisoft in Quebec make reference to an "unannounced shooter sequel" and a "first person shooter” with "exotic gameplay".
