John-117, aka Master Chief, isn't the quite the same Master Chief you've known over the course of the Halo trilogy. Fans have noticed subtle changes in his armor and personality in the Halo 4 trailer, and 343 Industries has confirmed it.

Microsoft is stating that they are not turning Halo into a yearly franchise, afraid of diluting the IP and oversaturating the market. In an interview with IGN, Microsoft Game Studios Vice President Phil Spencer reassured gamers that even though there are two Halo games releasing in the next two years, the series won't become an annual product.

Right now there's "not a mandate" for first-party Microsoft Game Studio titles on Xbox 360 to feature Kinect, however it's likely to occur 'naturally' anyway.
At least "specifically with voice" it can make "navigating and playing games so much easier," so yes all will use "some form of Kinect functionality" eventually.

Microsoft has announced that a new trilogy will begin when Halo 4 releases in 2012.
Developed by 343 Industries, Master Chief returns to confront his own destiny and face an ancient evil that threatens the fate of the entire universe. Halo 4 will be set in the aftermath of Halo 3.
