PS3 Anarchy Reigns having code redemption troubles, Platinum "are aware"
Developer Platinum Games have acknowledged to fans that they're "aware" PlayStation 3 gamers having received their copies of Anarchy Reigns in the US aren't able to redeem their DLC codes.
Pre-ordered copies are given a code to unlock Bayonetta as a playable character, as well as two bonus gameplay modes. Platinum "are investigating" the issue which affects PS3 only.

Sega has announced that the Western release of their third person brawler, Anarchy Reigns, has been delayed from July 2012 to Q1 2013. This follows some restructuring at Sega, which may explain why the Japanese release, called Max Anarchy, will still be released on the 5th July.

Bayonetta, Platinum Games' sexy, long-legged witch, will be appearing in the developer's next title, Anarchy Reigns (also known as Max Anarchy in Japan). She will be available as a playable character for gamers who preorder the title.
Despite the character's popularity, Bayonetta has not been seen outside her eponymous game. Back in August 2011, Platinum's Hideki Kamaya had promised "new info" about Bayonetta 2, but nothing ever materialized.

Sega has announced that Platinum Games' wild action title, Anarchy Reigns, will be hitting stores in July 2012. The game will debut in North America on the 3rd July, Australia on the 5th, and Europe on the 6th. The game is known as Max Anarchy in Japan.

Platinum Games' Hirono Sato has confirmed that Madworld's Jack is only in Anarchy Reigns - the studio's new brawler - because they love the character.
They realised he would "match the idea and universe" of Anarchy Reigns, but there's "no direct continuity" in story or game world - only inspiration.
