Rockstar seems like it's finally going to reveal Max Payne 3, as the publisher has released two new screenshots on the official site, with the message: "expect a lot of news in the next few months."

Max Payne 3 is quickly becoming the next Duke Nukem Forever. First it missed its late 2010 release date, then it went into limbo, and finally there were rumours that it was close to being shut down.

Now a new preview in Edge Magazine (and scanned by Rockstar Spy) shows that the game has been in production all along, and is looking mighty fine indeed.

Activision's interest in Take-Two "a no brainer," might entice EA

US analyst service First Adopter believes Activision will most likely go after Take-Two, mainly as they have "nothing now outside" Call of Duty and Blizzard.

They say Take-Two would likely take a "$20-22 bid" per share this time, after looking "fools for saying no" to EA's $25 bid. EA might try again to thwart Activision.
