A new story trailer has been released by WB Games for the upcoming Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, but Warner has also revealed the casting list and the game's composer. Troy Baker voices Talion.

Nathan Drake's Nolan North fills the role of Black Hand, and Alastair Duncan is the Wraith. Laura Bailey gives voice to Ioreth and Liam O'Brien is the spotlight stealing Gollum.

WB Games has released a new gameplay trailer for the upcoming Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, with the focus on upgrading Talion's abilities as we execute our "personal plan of vengeance" against Sauron.

Runes add powerful buffs to weapons and are lootable from the corpses of enemy captains, and can be combined. Epic runs can make Talion's weapons legendary and feared.

Monolith's Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor will be releasing on PC and console this October 7th reveals a brand new story trailer for the Lord of the Rings open-world RPG, where we play as ranger Talion.

The studio is working closely with director Peter Jackson and others to ensure it aligns with The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit canon. Talion has Wraith-like abilities to unleash.

Great news for Middle-earth fans hoping that Monolith Production's Shadow of Mordor will be swimming in richness because the studio has confirmed it's 'wholly single-player' with not even co-op interfering.

This is to be their second Tolkien-based production after 2012's Guardians of Middle-earth. Shadow of Mordor has us play as a resurrected Ranger taking out Orc leadership.

Charles Randall, who was Assassin's Creed 2's combat designer, has drawn attention to the very familiar feel of a young Ezio de Auditore in Middle-earth: Shadows of Mordor, but 'doesn't imply theft'.

He asked why there are AC2 "code and assets" in Shadow of Mordor, and that he 'knows his code when he sees it'. Randall at least hopes he gets a "special thanks".
