I imagine that's been true for quite a while thanks to a little thing called digital. No developer or publisher for this game has been indentified yet. What genre landed Macca then? |

| The legal wrangling between developer Harmonix and entertainment company Viacom may have finally come to a conclusion, with the developer enjoying a windfall of cash at the end. An arbitrator has forced Viacom to cough up $383M to the Rock Band developer. |

| Rock Band developer Harmonix has been sold by former parent company Viacom for around the price of one of its games; a scamp $49.99.
Apparently the $175 million it cost to buy will be almost reaped back through tax incentives instead. Investment group Columbus Nova ponied up the cash. |
