Publisher Sega has responded to the fan-made clip of Sonic 3's Mushroom Hill Zone that features some of the classic level in full glorious 3D.

It's not a remake of the game just a 3D render clip but it's "absolutely awesome", acknowledges Sega, after fans kept bombarding them.
