Capcom reject GFWL for PC Ultra Street Fighter IV, ta... (1)
In a surprise move Capcom has announced they'll be "transitioning" from Games for Windows Live to Steam for the upcoming Ultra Street Fighter IV on PC. It's unclear how this will work exactly as it's DLC.

Capcom are releasing it standalone, but could also patch GFWL out of Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition 2012. They intend for Ultra Street Fighter IV to release simultaneously.

Capcom has announced a new $15 USD downloadable content pack for Super Street Fighter IV that will add five fighters including Hugo, Poison, Rolento, Elena and an all-new, never-before-seen fighter.

While fans of Street Fighter and Tekken have games from Capcom and Namco Bandai crossing over the universes, what about the Mortal Kombat crowd?

Capcom producer Yoshinori Ono doubts it could ever happen, though he understands "why people want it." It's one of those things "easier said than done."
