| Mafia developer 2K Czech has "realigned its resources" which means "approximately 40 positions" have been made redundant, but it's of "long-term" benefit. Originally named Illusion Softworks, it was rebranded 2K Czech in 2008 and developed Mafia II and Top Spin 4. Their goal of top notch games "remains unchanged." |

| Leading the UK all format chart number one is, yet again, Zumba Fitness. L.A. Noire has climbed 2nd from 4th followed by F.E.A.R. 3 entering 3rd. Transformers: Dark of the Moon has managed 17th for it's opening last week. Unfortunately Shadows of the Damned lucked out and limped to 31st place. |

| A racy, unreleased trailer with Serena Williams and actress Rileah Vanderbilt (who has appeared in such films as the slasher film Hatchet) that was shot for Top Spin 4 was briefly leaked on YouTube, then pulled, but not after getting over a million views. |
