Activision to have "fewer" licensed games out in 2013 
Publishing behemoth Activision will be putting out "fewer games" based on licensed properties this year, read a company statement. This revelation comes as 30 global job positions are made redundant.
As they are releasing less this year, they're "realigning" internal structures to "better reflect the market opportunities" and their upcoming slate. In other words; they're trimming the fat.

Part two of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows might be big at the cinema but the videogame crashed 7th place it's opening week in the UK chart.
For the fifth week running Zumba Fitness is strangling the top spot for all its worth. Transformers: Dark of the Moon is 2nd, with DiRT 3 rallying 3rd.

Britain really, and I mean really, likes dancing-based fitness regiments packaged in videogame form. Zumba Fitness is refusing to let go of the UK chart.
