While Tropico 5 has been announced for 2014, Kalypso continues to support Tropico 4 with downloadable content. Today, the studio released the Propaganda DLC, for those El Presidentes who want a bit more Communism in their republic.

El Presidente will be gracing us once more as the Tropico 4 Gold Edition is announced, which combines the original and the Modern Times expansion into one "humorous economic simulation".

The bundled re-release will seek a questionable re-election on Xbox 360 and PC for this November. The expansion adds a whole new campaign and brings El Presidente into the 21st century.

Kalypso Media has announced that the upcoming expansion for Tropico 4, Modern Times, will be dropping on the 27th March for the Xbox 360 and 3rd April for PC. The expansion will cost 1200 Microsoft Points ($19.99 USD).

Kalypso has announced a major expansion for their Banana Republic city simulator, Tropico 4, called "Modern Times". The new expansion brings the game from the heady days of the Cold War to the present, with skyscrapers and space shuttles.
