Cheat Mode:
Go to the 'Unlock Code' menu and enter and enter the cheats.

Code: Description:
BROCKCHAMP (In Capital Letters) Unlocks Brock Lesnar
Unlock Dana White To unlock UFC President Dana White as a fighter, the game requires you do the following. You must submit: Frank Mir, George St. Pierre, Demian Maia, BJ Penn. And knockout: Quinton Jackson, Anderson Silva, Brock Lesnar, Kenny Florian. It doesn't matter if it's with a created or UFC in-game character. Once you've beaten the last fighter, the game will pop-up to advise you.

UFC 2009 Undisputed Hints, Tips

Open-weight Mode
To unlock open-weight mode, where any fighter can fight in any weight-class. You must beat every fighter in their respective weight-class with the lowest ranked character.

Heavyweight - Eddie Sanchez.
Light-heavyweight - Kazuhiro Nakumura.
Middleweight - Drew McFedries.
Welterweight - Kyle Bradley.
Lightweight - Kyle Bradley.
Unlock Hidden Fighters
There are three hidden fighters to unlock they are Mask, PunkAss and Skyskrape.

To unlock Mask you have to win three matches via submission in career mode.

To unlock PunkAss you have to earn TapouT as a sponsor in career mode.

To unlock Skyskrape at the title screen enter up, up, up, down, left, right, up, then start.

They are all well balanced at a 74 rating so they are decent fighters.

ok I've tried unlocking Dana white but it doesn't work. do you have to do it on a certain difficult or what? or does it have to be done in the career mode?
