The technical differences between current and next-gen Watch Dogs has been given a little air time by Ubisoft as they acknowledge NPCs are "smarter in what they do" and how they react to the player.
We can also expect to brush past a lot more of them on the streets. Of course there are also visual leaps with water "far more realistic on next gen," as it flows and breaks.

The Big Brother surveillance going on in Watch Dog's Chicago isn't good or bad, argues Ubisoft, it's how those tools are wielded and that's the power they put in the hands of players; there's no clear morality.
Instead the team prefer to have the city itself reflect your actions, meaning it sort of 'rates' your reputation. Ubisoft want to show you the "lasting impact" of your tinkering.

All those data bits will be funnelled right here for your viewing pleasure. It starts at a totally bonkers 40 minutes past the hour, dismissing the 30 minute mark as too rational and cliche.
